We have “No Refund, Return or Exchange” policy.
We try our best to upload the maximum information like description, images, etc. about our products so that the buyers can get an idea of the subject matter and also get to know the physical description of it. This should, supposedly, help the buyer to make a decision to go ahead with the purchase or not. Even after all the details mentioned on our website the buyer has any questions, they are requested to contact us for more details and ask for the details they need to make their decision to complete their purchase in order to avoid any future hassle.
Return & Exchange (IF APPLICABLE)
We always check the products properly before shipping but still if a buyer receives a wrong or damaged item they are requested to email us at AMAZEXENTERPRISES@GMAIL.COM within 24 hours of the delivery of the package. It is always advisable to share the images of the wrong/damaged product for faster processing. Once approved by our team we will proceed with the exchange process.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can always cancel their orders before they are shipped from our warehouse. Once the order is shipped we cannot make any changes to the order. The customer will have to wait till it is delivered to them and if then the customer wants to return the order, they will have to pay for the shipping. Global Islamic Books will not be responsible for providing any return label. Once the product is received back it will be inspected and refund will be processed accordingly.
